Also heard Mr. Kunal Deb Roy the sole respondent appearing in person. The present review petition has been instituted praying for recall of an Page No.# 2/2 order dated 05.01.2026 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.5629/2025. By the order dated 05.01.2026 the writ petition being WP(C) No.5629/2025 was dismissed on withdrawal by the petitioner in person therein namely Kunal Deb Roy. The said withdrawal was on the basis of the submission made by the petitioner in person that the grievance raised by him in the said writ petition was redressed. Mr. H. Buragohain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner for the purpose of his transfer had relied upon the documents, which were subsequently found to be doubtful and accordingly, the bank authorities have not passed any orders in the matter and the the said submission of the petitioner in person in WP(C) No.5629/2025 was not correct. Per contra, Mr. Kunal Deb Roy the sole respondent in person submits that he having been granted a permanent posting by the bank authorities, he had proceeded to withdraw that writ petition. This Court, given the rival submissions by the learned counsel for the parties to the proceedings does not find any error in the order dated 05.01.2026 passed in WP(C) No.5629/2025 requiring a review of the same. The parties are at liberty to proceed in the matter in accordance with law in the event there is any material to substantiate that such action.
