ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.8858 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.8858 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
