The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.8858 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
