The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the third respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner that the petitioner has encroached upon the property of the third respondent. 3.The above said allegation will clearly reveal that it is a civil dispute and the respondents police do not have any jurisdiction whatsoever to entertain a complaint or conduct an enquiry in the said complaint. 4.In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents police not to interfere in the civil dispute.
