No.107 of 2026 ORDER This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 132 days in filing the instant second appeal against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No. 39 of 2017 dated 28-03-2025 by the Additional District Court, Palani reversing the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.148 of 2007 dated 21-06-2010 by the District Munsif Court, Oddanchathiram 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, owing to a lack of communication, the petitioner was unable to keep track of the proceedings, which resulted in a delay of 132 days in filing the present appeal. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. 4. Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 132 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the respondent within one week from today.
