As per office report dated 12.05.2026, notice is served upon the Respondent personally, therefore, service is considered to be sufficient. Despite it, there is no representation on behalf of the Respondent. 3. Heard on the special leave to appeal. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the Appellant, the present matter needs deliberation, this Court is satisfied that the Appellant has made out a prima facie case warranting consideration. Special leave to appeal is granted. 5. The application is treated as an appeal and is admitted. 6. Heard on the delay condonation application. 7. The delay is of 18 days’ in filing the present criminal appeal. 8. This Court finds ground for condonation of the delay is sufficient. For the reasons indicated in the delay condonation application, the same is allowed, and the delay in filing criminal appeal is hereby condoned. 9. TCR has been received. Let the paper-book be prepared and supplied to the learned counsel for the parties on the payment of usual charges. 10. Since the service is sufficient and there is no representation on behalf of the Respondent, in the interest of justice, a chance is accorded to the second party for countering the present appeal. 11.
