State of Uttarakhand Hon’ble Ashish Naithani, J. Mr. Vaibhav Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2. Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned AGA for the State. 3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.337 of 2025 under Section 109, 125, 351(3) & 61(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and 3/25 of Arms Act of B.N.S. registered at P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Dehradun. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is an innocent person and falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that co-accused persons namely Yashvardhan, Prince Kumar, Dev Raj, Udham Singh Saini and Rishabh @ Ritik have been enlarged on bail by learned Sessions Judge, District Dehradun and one of the co-accused Sagar alias Sampurn Kumar has also been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 11.05.2026. He submits that applicant is also entitled to be release on bail on the ground of parity. 5. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application. 6. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that co-accused persons have been granted bail, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Bhanu Bhardwaj be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
