The instant application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 72 (seventy two) days in filing the connected MAC appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award dated 30.07.2025 passed by the learned Member, MACT,Kamrup, Amingaon, in MAC Case No. 206/2019. The learned counsel for the applicant has satisfactorily explained the causes for delay in filing the appeal. This court has gone through the pleadings and the causes shown for the delay. After considering the pleadings, this Court is of the view that the applicant has been able to show Page No.# 3/3 sufficient causes for the delay of 72 (seventy two) days in filing the connected MAC appeal. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay of 72 (seventy two) days in filing the connected MAC appeal is condoned.
