The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had a wordy quarrel with the de facto complainant and her sister, which led to an altercation wherein the de facto complainant sustained injuries. Hence, the present complaint was filed. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence took place on 25.02.2026, whereas the F.I.R came to be registered only on 26.02.2026. Further, he submitted that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that the defacto complainant’s sister and this petitioner had money transaction. In this connection, the petitioner had wordy quarrel with the defacto complainant and her sister, which led to an altercation wherein the de facto complainant sustained injuries. The petitioner had stolen 15 ½ gold jewels and the same is yet to be recovered and no one was arrested so far. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court of the firm view that it is not an appropriate time to consider the anticipatory bail application. 6.
