The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is an accident happened in the main road where many CCTVs available. The respondent police have so far not investigated and found out the offending vehicle. Therefore, he seeks transfer of the investigation. 3. The learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu ( Crl side), for the respondents, would submit that the CCTVs examined by the police were not working and nothing could be found because of heavy rain at the time of the incident. 4. Be that as it may, the first respondent is directed to leave no stone unturned to unearth the offence and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. Let the Assistant Commissioner of police, Avadi Traffic Investigation Range, Seneerkuppam, Poonamalle, Chennai-56 monitor the investigation. 5.
