No. 1618 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 6 For Petitioner(s): Mr.J.Bharathi Raja For Respondent(s): Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar Counsel for Government for R1 & R2 ORDER The Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with a civil dispute which is the subject matter of the O.S.No.703 of 2025, pending before the Additional District Court, Krishagiri, with respect to a property comprised in S.No.340/1B6, 341/1 measuring 72 1/4 cents situated at periyamuthur-II, village, Nekkunthi, Krishnagiri Taluk and District. 2. It is seen that the petitioner is a history-sheeter who entered into a sale agreement with the original owner of the property. However, the sale deed was not executed in favor of the petitioner. Consequently, the petitioner filed a suit for specific performance against the original owner of the property. In the meantime, respondents 3 to 6 herein created fabricated documents claiming rights over the property and lodged a complaint. Upon receipt of the said complaint, the 2nd respondent compelled the petitioner to vacate the land and hand over vacant possession https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl. In view of the above, this Court directs the first and second respondent to not interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the original owner of the said property. At the same time, if any cognizable offence is made against the respondents 3 to 10 herein, the 2nd respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.
