In the light of the respondent expressing no serious objection, I am inclined to allow the petition. 4. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.412 of 2026 is allowed and the proceedings in HMOP No.110 of 2026 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Ambattur, Tiruvallur District and the same is transferred to Family Court, Salem. The physical presence of the respondent/husband shall not be ordinarily insisted upon by the Family Court, Salem unless where the presence of the respondent/husband would be absolutely necessary for the purpose of recording his evidence in chief and cross.
