Heard learned counsel for petitioner. 3. Notice to respondents 1 and 2 is dispensed with since they remained ex parte before the Tribunal. 4. Mr.B.Sivakollapan, learned counsel, takes notice for third respondent. 5. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 312 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned. 6. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission on 23.07.2026 along with C.M.A.No.2196 of 2026. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.B.Sivakollapan, learned counsel for third respondent at the time of admission.
