The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 80(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No.54 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.
