No. 2690 of 2026 O R D E R This Application has been filed seeking condonation of the delay of 2526 days in filing the written statement by the 2nd defendant in the present C.S.No.127 of 2019. 2. The learned counsel for the sixth defendant submit that he has no objection to allowing the application. The plaintiff counsel has also no serious objection. However, submits costs to be imposed for inordinate delay and accordingly, the plaintiff shall be compensate. 4. Considering the submissions made and the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to the payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondents, within one week. 5.
