HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY C.C.Nos.1322 & 1355 of 2026 COMMON ORDER: These contempt cases are filed for non-compliance of the orders dated 20.02.2026 in W.P.No.32408 and order dated 13.02.2026 in W.P.No.32418 of 2025. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the orders in W.P.Nos.32408 and 32418 of 2025 were challenged in W.A.Nos.393 and 392 of 2026 respectively and this Court
disposed of the Writ Appeals by order dated 27.04.2026 with certain modifications and seeks for closure of the contempt cases.
3. Noting the said submission and as the orders of this Court are modified by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeals, the contempt cases are closed.
