No. 60 of 2026 on the file of the 2 nd respondent police, for the alleged offences under Sections 303 (2), 296 (b), 115 (2), 118 (1), 127 (2) and 351 (3) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s) and 3 (2) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (the Act). 2. In view thereof, the petitioner has prayed that his bail application be considered on the same day. Considering the provisions of the Act, the allegations and factual background, I am of the view that the prayer can be considered. However, the hearing of the bail application shall take place with due notice to the de facto complainant. 3.
