Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that application of the petitioner for establishment of Automated Testing Station (for short 'ATS') has been rejected on the count that the land which was proposed, is not in the name of the applicant/petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is the khatedar of land-in-question and has surrendered to the State for its conversion. He further submit that the Competent Authority had made conversion of the land for the purpose of establishing the ATS. He further submits that in view of the aforesaid facts, the [2026:RJ-JP:8814] (2 of 2) [CW-3566/2026] respondents-authorities may be directed to re-consider the application of the petitioner for grant of Preliminary Registration Certificate (for short 'PRC') for the ATS. 2. Considered the submissions made by the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner. 3. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Court feels that the ends of justice would meet if the respondents are directed to reconsider the application of the petitioner in change of the facts and circumstances and the deficiency being cured by the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents authorities to re-consider the application of the petitioner for grant of PRC for ATS after taking into consideration the subsequent developments, within a period of one month from the date of submission of the certified copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that this order has been passed without issuing notice to the respondents and in case, the respondents feels aggrieved by this order, they may move an application for recalling of this order. 6.
