SATAPATHY Order No. ORDER(ORAL) 10.03.2026 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Kasia Marine P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Admittedly, the FIR has been lodged against unknown persons, but the implication of the petitioners in this case is on the basis of statement of co-accused and self-confession before the Police, however, in the meantime, charge sheet has already been submitted. In such view of the matter and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioners in custody since 21.11.2025 with submission of charge sheet in the meantime and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the inherent right of the accused to be presumed innocent until proven guilty at the trial, this Court without expressing any view on merit, admits each of the petitioners to bail. 6. Hence, these two bail applications of the petitioners namely Bharat Jena (BLAPL No. 523 of 2026) and Abhi @ Ananta Charan Nayak (BLAPL No. 725 of 2026) are allowed and each of the petitioners is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with two solvent sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction p. 3 of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it with following conditions:- (i) the petitioner-Abhi @ Ananta Charan Nayak shall report attendance before the jurisdictional Police Station once in a fortnight preferably on a Sunday in each month in between 10 A.M. to 12 Noon for six (06) months from the actual date of release from the custody. 7.
