Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent No.1. Smt.Mamatha Kulkarni, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.2. 2. Sri.Shivarudra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner-institution is imparting education in Pharmacy and Nursing Education. It is also submitted that respondent No.2-University has accorded permission to the petitioner-institution to begin the first year course of Physiotherapy and Allied Sciences in the petitioner's-institution. It is contended that respondent No.1 has not given permission to start the aforementioned disciplines in the petitioner's-institution. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the fact that respondent No.2-University has already accorded permission to

the petitioner-institution, to take admission to the first year course of Physiotherapy and Allied Sciences in the college and therefore contended that, there is no impediment for the state government to grant permission accordingly. 3.
At this juncture, Smt.Mamatha Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2-University submitted that the respondent-University has accorded permission, however, it is in the domain of respondent No.1-State, Government to take decision in the matter. 4. In that view of the matter, taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I am of the view that, respondent No.1 shall take decision in the matter to accord permission to the petitioner-institution to start the first year course of Physiotherapy and Allied Sciences in terms of the recommendation made by respondent No.2 University within an outer limit of two weeks from the receipt of this order.
