The instant petition has been filed with the following prayers: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.5/The Board of Revenue, U.P. Circuit Court Meerut to decide the Revision No. 358 of 2025 (Amaruddin and others Vs Satendra Singh and others) under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the Board of Revenue U.P. Circuit Court Meerut, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court" 3. By way of the instant petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the revision petition filed by the respondents before the Board of Revenue, Circuit Court, Meerut. 4. From the perusal of the order-sheet, it appears that the said revision was filed on 15.12.2025, thereafter, the notices were issued to the respondents. Thereafter, continuously there is adjournments as advocates are on strike and sometimes there is an adjournment on the joint request of the counsel for the parties.
