The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No. 6(c) of the order dated 12.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 14793 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition that 'the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders' is modified to the effect that 'the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police every alternate day at 10:30 a.m. until further orders'. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 20-07-2026 SHL To 1.
