This Court finds no good reason for granting indulgence to application CM No. 1362/2026 in terms whereof the petitioner is seeking restoration of the writ petition in the backdrop of order dated 27.02.2026. 2. This Court had restored the writ petition subject to payment of Rs. 1000/- as costs to be deposited in the Advocates’ Welfare Fund within a period of 10 days from 24.11.2025 but the petitioner did not deem it urgent to come forward with the deposit of costs as a result whereof the writ petition did not earn its restoration and, thus, came to be given its disposal in terms of order dated 27.02.2026. 3. This Court is not convinced with the reasoning cited in the application by the petitioner for seeking recall of order dated 27.02.2026. 4. Hence the application is dismissed.
