We have heard Ms.S.Nadhiya, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.C.R.Malarvannan, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for respondents. 2. The challenge is to the condition of escort imposed under order 23.3.2026, wherein the convict has been granted 21 days ordinary leave, though conditionally. 3. On instructions, Mr.Malarvannan, states that the latest police report obtained has been in favour of the convict and there is no other reason for which escort is necessitated. The convict has also availed leave earlier, one day of emergency leave and 21 days ordinary leave, the latter granted on the intervention of this Court in WP No. 38907 of 2024, that too without escort. 4.
