However, on that day there was no representation on behalf of these petitioners/respondents 5 to 7 and such submission was not made by him. Hence, he prayed to recall the order dated 17.04.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WMP No. 22960 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 3.Although there was no representation on behalf on the petitioners/respondents 5 to 7, a submission was made that the respondents 5 to 7 are ready and willing to pay the victim compensation otherwise this Court would not have recorded such statement. When this Court questioned the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding this, he submits that on 17.04.2026 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. However, he could not identify who had made such representation.
