05/ 03.02.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 69, 351(2) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the FIR, it has been alleged that on the false pretext of marriage, the relationship was established with the informant and now the good sense has prevailed between the parties and both the parties have compromised their case.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that on the false pretext of marriage, the relationship was established with the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that the informant is present in the court and she has instructed him that the compromise has taken place and she does not want to proceed with the matter any further.

In view of the above and further the informant is aged about 23 years and it has been pointed out that now the matter has already been compromised between the parties, in that view of the matter, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
