When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought in the present petition has become infructuous and no further orders are necessary. 3. Accordingly, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
