Mr. Deepak Sharma, Learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Respondent No.1 issued an office order on 15.09.2025 transferring the petitioner from Reckong Peo to Baijnath (Sr. No. 21 of the office order). Petitioner’s grievance is that he has not been relieved till date pursuant to the above office order. Learned counsel for respondents apprises that despite his having brought petitioner’s grievance to the notice of concerned authority i.e. respondent No.4, respondent No.4 has expressed his inability to relieve the petitioner pursuant to the aforesaid office order. Let respondent No.1/Managing Director of the respondent- Corporation to ensure implementation of the office order dated 15.09.20205 and relieving of the petitioner by the next date, failing which, the respondents shall remain present in the Court. Before the order could be signed, at the request of learned counsel for the respondents, matter was taken up again at 1 o’clock when learned counsel apprised that under office order issued today i.e. 02.01.2026 by the respondent No.4, the petitioner has now been relieved from Reckong Peo to enable him to join at Baijnath. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised in the petition stands redressed. Hence, this petition stands disposed of.
