Heard the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. T. Kalita. It is the submission of the learned counsel that appellant has preferred the connected MACApp.194/2026 against the impugned judgment
Page No.# 3/3 and award dated 19.01.2026 and it is submitted that the appellant has taken good grounds of appeal which is likely to succeed and therefore for the ends of justice it is prayed that the execution judgment and award dated 19.01.2026 may be suspended pending disposal of the appeal. This Court has considered the prayer of the appellant and the reasons stated in the application and finds that the applicant has been able to make out a case for suspension of the judgment and award.
Accordingly, the impugned judgment and award dated 19.01.2026 shall remain suspended subject to deposit of 30% of the awarded amount by the appellant before the Registry within a period of 6(six) weeks from today. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
