It is submitted by the counsel appearing for the parties that similar matter has been concluded by the Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.36115/2025 and connected Writ Petition, disposed of on 04.02.2026, wherein this Court, after following the declaration of law made by this Court in W.A.No.1208/2022 and connected Writ Appeals, disposed of on 11.01.2023, has declined to entertain similar prayers made in the Writ Petitions. 4. In that view of the matter, I conclude that no further orders have to be made in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. 5.
