Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that 3002 bottles of phensedyl were allegedly shown to have been recovered. Petitioner allegedly has been shown to be the driver of the vehicle. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered that the quantity of contraband recovered, I am of the view that the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act are attracted. Accordingly, the prayer for bail in CRM (NDPS) 298 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
