The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused robbed Rs.50,000/- cash and I Phone 15 from the defacto complainant and assaulted him. Hence the complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution's case and submitted that this is a case of robbery. Only the stolen iPhone was recovered, while Rs. 50,000/- is yet to be recovered from the accused. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions. 6. Considering the fact that the stolen amount of Rs. 50,000/- is yet to be recovered, releasing the petitioner on bail at this stage would derail the prosecution case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.
