This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for following reliefs. “1. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned First Civil Judge Junior Class Raipur Chhattisgarh to decide pending case civil suit No.130-A/2021 within time framed, in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is the plaintiff had filed a civil suit for specific performance of contract and for declaration before 4th Civil Judge, Class-II, Raipur (C.G.), the case is registered as Civil Suit No. 130-A/2021. The Civil Suit was filed in the year 2021 and after lapse of more than 4 years, it has not been decided. He submits that the petitioner is aged about 77 years, therefore, the learned trial Court may be directed to conclude the proceedings of the civil suit expeditiously within a reasonable period of time. 3. Counsel for the respondent submits that the dispute is between the petitioner and private respondent. he has no objection if such an order is passed 4. Be that as it may, taken into consideration submission made herein above and also considering the suit was filed in the year 2021 and the petitioner plaintiff is now aged about 77 years old it is observed that the learned Trial Court would make all endeavors to conclude the proceedings of the Civil Suit expeditiously within a reasonable period of time subject to cooperation of the parties. 5.
