However, the said appeal was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and submitted that the petitioner's appeal dated 13.03.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks. 5. Heard the learned Government’s counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials available on record. 6.
