This bail application has been filed on behalf of the accused- petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 04/2026 registered at Police Station Narayan Vihar, District Jaipur City (South) for the offence(s) under Section(s) 305(a) and 331(4) of BNS, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and recovery has already been effected. Learned counsel also contends that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent; he is in custody since 19.01.2026. He further submits that conclusion of trial may take long time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in [2026:RJ-JP:9696] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2065/2026] custody and therefore, prays that the petitioner may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner hereinabove. 4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no criminal antecedent registered against the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2026 and trial will take considerably long time in its conclusion. Without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. Therefore, this bail application under Section 483 BNSS is accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioner Vikas Kumar S/o Shri Rajveer Singh Yadav is ordered to be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 6.
