The present interlocutory application has been instituted praying for impleadment of the present incumbent in the post of Director of Fisheries, Assam as respondent No.5 in the connected contempt petition. This Court has perused the contentions raised by the applicant in the present interlocutory application and finds that the present incumbent in the post of Director of Fisheries, Assam is required to take steps for implementation of the directions of this Court, violation of which is alleged in the connected contempt petition.
