Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed representations dated 08.06.2026 & 24.06.2026 before the respondents, requesting them to release the subject land from the land acquisition proceedings by extending the benefit of the Government order in G.o.MS No.455 dated 24.04.2026. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representations will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner dated 08.06.2026 & 24.06.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
