This criminal misc. application has been filed by the applicant for quashing the orders dated 09.04.2024 passed by learned court of Judicial Magistrate, Bajpur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Complaint Case No. 1267 of 2023, whereby the learned court dismissed the complaint case of the applicant filed against the respondent nos. 2 and 3 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 of IPC and also to quash/ set-aside the judgment and order dated 11.07.2025 passed by learned court of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Revision No. 136 of 2024, whereby the revision filed by the applicant was also dismissed. 3. Perusal of the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate reveals that the Magistrate concerned has considered and discussed all relevant aspects. Thus, the view taken by the learned Magistrate, cannot be faulted. Learned Revisional Court was thus justified in dismissing the Revision Petition. Thus, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned orders. 4. Accordingly, the criminal misc. application fails and is hereby dismissed. ( Alok Mah r a, J.) 18.05.2026 Ujjwal
