2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner had shared certain links relating to terrorists on social media. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been in custody since 25.05.2026 and that, in any event, her further custody is not required for the purpose of investigation. It is his specific submission that the only allegation against the petitioner is that she had shared certain links on social media and that she had no active role in any terrorist activity. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, while opposing the grant of bail, reiterated the prosecution case and, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had involved herself in activities relating to terrorism and that the investigation is still pending. He further submitted that a proposal has been sent for transferring the investigation to the Anti-Terrorism Squad and that the same is under consideration. 5. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
Side) that the investigation is still pending, the proposed transfer of investigation to the Anti-Terrorism Squad, and having regard to the nature and seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is of the view that it would not be appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 6.
