This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Dehradun, to consider and decide the complaint/grievance of the petitioner bearing Grievance No.CMHL-042025-3-736401 and reference number Bearing No. GE (C) 6182/XXXV-2/2025 (1) dated 10.07.2025 in a time bound manner. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has moved a complaint through C.M. Portal to District Magistrate, Dehradun, alleging that respondent no.3, who is not a resident of State of Uttarakhand had purchased land within the State of Uttarakhand in contravention of the provisions under Section 154 of the (Uttarakhand Amendment) U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950. 5. It is contended that the said application has been moved on 10.07.2025 but the complaint is yet pending disposal with the respondent no.2. 6. The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is innocuous and the same can be granted directing respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Dehradun, to consider and decide the complaint of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 7. There is no opposition from the side of the State if such an order is passed by this Court. 8. Accordingly writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Dehradun, to consider and decide the complaint/grievance of the petitioner bearing Grievance No.CMHL-042025-3-736401 and reference 2 number Bearing No. GE (C) 6182/XXXV-2/2025 (1) dated 10.07.2025, within a period of six weeks’ from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
