The petitioner is an accused in connection with POCSO Case No.79 of 2025 arising out of Barhait P.S. Case No. 183 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner has established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage and later on, he denied to solemnize the marriage. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relationship was existing for almost three years. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2025 and the charge sheet has been submitted by the police. Learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the relationship which was existing for a considerable length of time and the fact that the charge sheet has been submitted, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO at Sahibganj in connection with POCSO Case No.79 of 2025 arising out of Barhait P.S.
