At the 2nd line of the order sheet instead of “bail by a Division Bench”, it should actually be “anticipatory bail by a Single Bench”. At the 6th line of the order sheet instead of “be released from custody” it should actually be “surrender before the Court”. The above referred inadvertent errors are hereby corrected and the order dated 23rd February, 2026 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
