It is grievance of the petitioner that petitioner being a Para- Teacher, who was working in Upgraded Middle School, Aasna, Block Fatehpur in the District Jamtara was stopped from working by the respondents, on the ground of institution of criminal case being G.R. Case No.202 of 2018, corresponding to F.I.R. No.09/2018 of Fatehpur P.S. dated 12.03.2018. 3. It is grievance of the petitioner that now vide judgment dated 03.09.2022, the petitioner has been acquitted by the learned Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara, but in spite of said acquittal, the respondents are not taking work from the petitioner and not allowing him to join. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the petitioner represents before the Deputy Commissioner, Jamtara annexing a copy of the acquittal order along with the representation, his case can be considered and an appropriate order will be passed. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Commissioner, Jamtara by filing a representation along with a copy of the judgment of acquittal. Once the said representation is filed, the same will be considered and appropriate order will be passed considering the judgment of acquittal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
