The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the respondent authorities to remove a pole and a high tension 11 K.V. line drawn above the land belonging to the petitioner. 2. On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition the petitioner has also approached the District Magistrate for resolving his grievance raised in this writ petition. 3. The State of West Bengal is also represented. 2 4. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA/15588/2025 stands disposed of by directing the District Magistrate to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to all the parties. 5. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided in accordance with law. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
