JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioners have sought for the following reliefs: (a) Issue the writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent University to consider their representation dated: 08.12.2025, 18.12.2025, 25.11.2025, 06.04.2026, 17.12.2025 (ANNEXURE-A Colly) to sanction them under old pension scheme by taking into consideration his regularization of their service with effect from 1994 in terms of order dated 27.11. 2006 (ANNEXURE-B). (b) Direct the Respondent University to restore all consequential benefits from the date 01.04.2004, and to grant all pensionary and retiral benefits including arrears, pay fixation, and other attendant benefits; - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24049 WP No. 14154 of 2026 (c) Pass any other Order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to in the facts and circumstances of the case including an Order as to costs in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent No.3 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representation dated 08.12.2025, 18.12.2025, 25.11.2025, 06.04.2026, 17.12.2025 at Annexure-A submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representation - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24049 WP No. 14154 of 2026 08.12.2025, 18.12.2025, 25.11.2025, 06.04.2026, 17.12.2025 and pass appropriate order bearing in mind Annexure – B and in accordance with law, on or before 15.05.2026. 6.
