Apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No.492/2025 registered at Police Station-New Mandi Hindaun, District-Karauli for the offences under Section 13 of RPGO and Section 112(2) of BNS, 2023, the petitioner has preferred this bail application under Section 482 BNSS. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is not required for any further custodial interrogation, and no recovery is to be effected from him. The petitioner has joined the investigation and further undertakes to cooperate with the investigation as and when required. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the nature of allegations and no criminal past of petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is cooperating with the investigation of the case but without commenting on the merits/demerits thereof, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the bail application of the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioner-Gajendra S/o Hargyan, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without prior permission of the court.
