When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) brought to the notice of this Court that there was a petition already filed in Crl.O.P.No.31207 of 2025 by the accused and in that petition interim order was granted by this Court directing the respondent – Police to complete the investigation and not to file the final report. 3. In view thereof, this Criminal Original Petition cannot be entertained. Liberty is given to the petitioner herein to appear in the said Criminal Original Petition as she is also shown as the 2nd respondent in the above petition and ventilate her grievances.
