(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 6.1.2026, issued under the signature of Regional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashisht, Advocate, appearing for the respondent-Corporation states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with.
2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned counsel appearing of the Corporation, which fact has been otherwise fairly acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid compliance are released to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within two months.
