3. The present short-term bail application has been moved by the applicant seeking short-term bail in connection with Case Crime/FIR No. 416 of 2008, under Sections 2/3 of Gangster Act, registered at Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that father of the applicant is suffering from serious medical conditions with multiple disorders and thus, the applicant is entitled to be released on short-term bail.
5. Learned State Counsel has vehemently opposed the short-term bail application and has submitted that earlier also the applicant was released on short-term bail and the applicant violated the conditions of the bail.
6. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
7. Perusal of the record reveals that all the illnesses, which have been mentioned in the short-term bail application, are not illnesses, but, are blood tests, which have to be undergone by the applicant for pathological test.
8. Having considered the
facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the
view that there is no good ground to enlarge the applicant on short-term bail and the present short-term bail application deserves to be dismissed.
9. Accordingly, the present short-term bail application is hereby dismissed.
