This review petition has been filed by the State Government for seeking recall/review of order dated 28.10.2014 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, whereby following directions were given:- "In view of above, these writ petitions are disposed in the light of above-referred order dated 11.08.2014 passed by the respondent-State Government. During arguments, it has been pointed out that in compliance of order dated 28.10.2014, the Director (Public Health), Medical and Health Services has already passed order dated 06.10.2016. 3. In view of fact that the order dated 28.10.2014 has already been complied with by the respondents by passing an order as per their understanding and more particularly, under the circumstances, where apparently no material error has been pointed out in the order dated 28.10.2014 passed by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court, and considering the fact that scope of review petition is very very limited, no interference is being made by this Court, hence, review petition filed by the State Government is hereby dismissed. 4.
