It is submitted that impleadment of new incumbent DGP, Manipur will be necessary for deciding the contempt petition. [3] In the circumstances, application is allowed. Mr. Mukesh Singh, IPS, the Director General of Police Manipur is impleaded as respondent No. 3 in Cont.Cas(C) No. 46 of 2026. [4] Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent No. 3. [5] Petitioner is directed to take step by speed post within one week and file affidavit of proof of service. [6] Registry is directed to incorporate the newly impleaded respondent No. 3 in the case file. [7] Petitioner is directed to file amended memo of parties.
